Following on from our meeting, here are a few ground rules for us to continue developing as we shape the best way to ensure our corporate flourishing.
The expectation for P.C.C. members
Give priority to the meetings.
Please read the relevant documents in advance of attendance.
Give apologies if unable to attend. This can be done via email to the chair. If you’d like your opinion entered into the discussion then please send your comments to the chair and they will be added to the discourse.

All members listen to each others view with respect and kindness
All members are aware of the time limitations to ensure others also have room in the allotted space for that particular meeting item. If it is felt that more time is needed then that can be communicated and adjustments made either to the agenda or to the plan for the next meeting.
Confidentiality
As will be reflected in the minutes going forward from November 3rd 2020, the deliberations and opinions aired will be held as part of the body corporate’s deliberation. It is essential then, that though the points raised are public, the identities of the individuals who raise those points are held in confidence unless essential (P.C.C. discretion).
Concurrently then, it is incumbent upon all members not to discuss the particulars of each meeting but refer all inquiries to the minutes of the meeting. This will ensure that..
All decisions made at P.C.C. become P.C.C. decisions to be jointly held to - even if disagreed with during the course of the deliberation.
